Refund Policy

1. Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of receipt of your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging with all tags and protective films intact.

2. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

3. Shipping Returns

To return your product, please contact us first for instructions and the return address. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

4. Defective Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately with photos of the defect. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund at our expense.
